Indian Runner Ducks

This breed of duck was introduced into the U.S. in the late 1800's and were popular with homesteaders. They originated about 2,000 years ago in Indochina and drawings of them are seen in ancient Javan temples. They are excellent foragers and prolific egg layers. They have slim bodies and a bowling pin body type.
